Requirements
- Located in Detroit USA
- Enrolled in university or hold a student permit to work
- Eligible to start a full-time 6 month internship from September 2026
- Fluent in English
- Troubleshooting skills and eagerness to learn

Day to day
- Install and prepare computers and software for new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Support employees with daily hardware and software issues in a responsive and practical way
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory and assist internal customers through face-to-face mail phone and a call tracking system
- Collaborate with Support Engineers across global regions to contribute to shared support goals and strategy
