Who you are

• Extensive experience providing technical support in both remote and in-office environments.
• Proven expertise with modern cloud productivity tools such as Google Workspace Slack JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience in managing a suite of SaaS applications including procurement license and lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of computer asset management and inventory.
• Experience conducting technical trainings and onboarding new users.
• Familiarity with leading MDM platforms like JAMF and Intune and proficient with Mac and Windows systems.
