Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on IT experience
- Proven IT support experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Google Workspace Enterprise Plus
- Expert-level experience with iOS and macOS Apple devices
- Microsoft Windows knowledge is a plus
- Experience with Iru Cisco Umbrella Cortex Cloud VPN and Okta SSO is a plus
- Experience with Atlassian products Confluence and Jira
- Experience with technology rollouts
- Healthcare industry experience with HIPAA PHI and PII preferred
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively

Day to day
- Maintain corporate computing infrastructure in a fast-growing hybrid environment
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues across a remote workforce
- Manage onboarding and offboarding tasks while supporting applications security tools and audio/video systems
- Patch laptops maintain compliance and help ensure smooth reliable IT operations
- Track inventory and respond quickly to competing priorities with strong stakeholder collaboration
