  • 3+ years of hands-on IT experience
  • Proven IT support experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace Enterprise Plus
  • Expert-level experience with iOS and macOS Apple devices
  • Microsoft Windows knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with Iru Cisco Umbrella Cortex Cloud VPN and Okta SSO is a plus
  • Experience with Atlassian products Confluence and Jira
  • Experience with technology rollouts
  • Healthcare industry experience with HIPAA PHI and PII preferred
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Attention to detail and responsiveness

Day to day

  • Maintain corporate computing infrastructure in a fast-growing hybrid environment

  • Patch laptops maintain compliance and help ensure smooth reliable IT operations
