Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant work experience onsite and remotely
- Degree in relevant IT field beneficial
- Good knowledge of Windows and Macintosh products
- Understand Windows server roles (AD DS, AD FS, DNS, DHCP) and networked workstations (LAN, WAN, WLAN)
- Basic firewalls and switches (Fortinet) advantageous
- Understand Office 365 environment
- Experience in Microsoft Intune advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to document process
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to make autonomous decisions

Day to day
- Ensure the maintenance and configuration of internal infrastructure
- Support computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure
