Remote IT Support Technician Job in Hampshire, UK Exclusive Networks

Who you are

• 2+ years of relevant work experience onsite and remotely
• Degree in relevant IT field beneficial
• Good knowledge of Windows and Macintosh products
• Understand Windows server roles (AD DS, AD FS, DNS, DHCP) and networked workstations (LAN, WAN, WLAN)
• Basic firewalls and switches (Fortinet) advantageous
• Understand Office 365 environment
• Experience in Microsoft Intune advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to document process
• Excellent organization skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Collaborative work style
• Ability to make autonomous decisions
