Who you are

• Lead, supervise, and mentor IT Infrastructure Systems Analyst I
• Collaborate with supervisors, managers, and users to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource, and configuration requirements
• Coordinate and facilitate infrastructure project meetings
• Identify issues and risks associated with infrastructure projects and formulate mitigation plans
• Report and communicate project status updates, issues, and risks to stakeholders
• Prepare and distribute project reports, presentations, and documentation
• Act as a liaison between infrastructure and application development teams
• Ensure technical designs meet business needs
• Support documentation and audit activities around regulatory requirements
• Manage communication, submission, and verification of purchase orders, invoices, and contracts
• Assist with annual project and capacity planning
• Lead annual budget planning
• General understanding of project management principles

What the job involves

• The Senior IT Analyst will work with Infrastructure teams to define project requirements and create system documentation.
• The position will also work with Infrastructure teams, project managers, and other parties to facilitate projects and initiatives.
• This position will serve as a mentor for other Analysts and take on special projects as assigned.
