Requirements
- Lead, supervise, and mentor IT Infrastructure Systems Analyst I
- Collaborate with supervisors, managers, and users to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource, and configuration requirements
- Coordinate and facilitate infrastructure project meetings
- Identify issues and risks associated with infrastructure projects and formulate mitigation plans
- Report and communicate project status updates, issues, and risks to stakeholders
- Prepare and distribute project reports, presentations, and documentation
- Act as a liaison between infrastructure and application development teams
- Ensure technical designs meet business needs
- Support documentation and audit activities around regulatory requirements
- Manage communication, submission, and verification of purchase orders, invoices, and contracts
- Assist with annual project and capacity planning
- Lead annual budget planning
- General understanding of project management principles
Day to day
- The Senior IT Analyst will work with Infrastructure teams to define project requirements and create system documentation.
- The position will also work with Infrastructure teams, project managers, and other parties to facilitate projects and initiatives.
- This position will serve as a mentor for other Analysts and take on special projects as assigned.
