Day to day
- Own end-to-end IT projects that strengthen security and integrate third-party SaaS platforms.
- Manage Level 3 IT escalations and work closely with the managed service provider to maintain strong helpdesk performance.
- Drive IT strategy, improve employee experience, and advance SOC 2 readiness through proactive cross-functional collaboration.
