Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or equivalent experience
- Relevant experience in IT infrastructure systems engineering systems administration or related technical disciplines
- Strong experience with Windows Server virtualization networking storage and Microsoft 365
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS
- Solid understanding of enterprise networking including routing switching firewalls VPNs DNS and DHCP
- Experience administering and troubleshooting Microsoft SQL Server
- Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell Python or similar technologies
- Experience implementing infrastructure changes and supporting production environments with focus on reliability performance and security
- Strong analytical troubleshooting problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound technical judgment
- Ability to participate in staggered schedules after-hours maintenance weekend coverage and on-call rotations
Day to day
- Designs, implements, supports, and optimizes enterprise infrastructure for legal technology and eDiscovery platforms.
- Provides end-to-end administration across servers networking cloud virtualization storage databases and security technologies.
- Partners with customers project managers developers and stakeholders to deliver infrastructure projects troubleshoot critical issues and maintain highly available environments.
- Develops automation scripting and Infrastructure as Code solutions while contributing to documentation architecture planning and continuous improvement.
