Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical engineering scientific managerial business or related discipline or equivalent relevant experience
- 1-3 years of experience with business requirements management efforts
- Experience writing detailed reports communicating status and presenting justification with supporting data
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of current information technology applications
- Experience using MS Office products Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearances and pass government background screening
- U.S. Citizenship required

Day to day
- Support VA Independent Enterprise Testing Support Services by gathering and reviewing requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Create and maintain systems of record and workbooks to assess business risk, criticality, and fit-for-purpose requirements
- Evaluate systems under test, identify risks, and prepare detailed functional justification and mitigation reports for testing intake activities
