Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience or knowledge in Business Analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of business requirement gathering and documentation
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of BRD FRD User Stories and Use Cases
- Familiarity with JIRA Confluence or Azure DevOps is a plus
- Knowledge of Visio Lucidchart or other process modeling tools is an advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment

Day to day
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders while supporting clear and accurate project delivery.
- Analyze business processes and identify practical improvements that help teams work more efficiently.
- Collaborate with users developers QA teams and project managers to create user stories use cases workflows and documentation.
- Assist with Agile ceremonies UAT data analysis and progress tracking in a remote work setting.
