Who you are

  • 2 - 3 years of sales experience
  • Experience in handling discovery calls
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Proven track record of successfully managing inbound customer relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated; can take ownership of pipeline from scratch to won deal
  • Proficient knowledge of CRM systems
  • Process-driven
  • Thrive in working in a fast-paced collaborative environment
  • Value autonomy and transparency
  • Has a ‘default to action’ mentality
  • Self-starter and deeply motivated to deliver



What the job involves

  • Manage and close inbound B2C leads
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects, identify customer needs and pitch relevant company product as viable solution
  • Manage discovery and follow-up calls on company products
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of deals
  • Track all sales activities in the company CRM system, updating deal information regularly
  • Close sales opportunities to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Communicate prospect pain points and product improvement suggestions to Line Manager and appropriate departments
  • Meet and/or exceed quotas
