Remote Junior Commercial Contracts Counsel Job in UK Charles Taylor

Who you are

• 18 months post-qualified experience with a broad range of commercial contracts
• Support contracting needs of insurance management, claims services, and technology business lines
• Experience with NDAs, MSAs, statements of work, IT-related contracts, consultancy, licensing, network services, procurement contracts
• Experience in designing and implementing efficient contracting frameworks
• Familiarity with insurance sector and financial services
• Experience working in-house or across multiple jurisdictions
• Proficiency in other languages, especially Spanish, is a plus

• The candidate will draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts across the Group.
