Who you are

• At least internship experience in a related activity
• 0-2 years experience in growth marketing for a DTC/B2C company
• Experience growing Amazon and Shopify (or other DTC platform) customer bases
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field from accredited institution
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Excellent command of English
• Proficiency in additional languages like German, Spanish, Italian, French is a plus
• High standards for work and attention to detail
• Comfortable with tech, especially Notion, Google Workspace, ChatGPT
• Knowledge of Email Campaign Management Tools, Marketing Analytics, Marketing Workflow Systems
• Smart researcher with effective information quality assessment
• Excellent self-organization and task prioritization skills
• Proactive self-learner and resourceful
