What the job involves
- Respond to stakeholders on invoicing issues within 24 hours
- Document and report the number of invoices processed
- Perform basic data mining and provide reports
- Assist with records management
- Ensure invoices are properly received verified and processed
- Review invoices and travel receipts for accuracy and completeness
- Extract review and analyze numerical information such as monthly expense statements
