What the job involves

• Maintain calculate and support on all commission and bonus calculations
• Engage with budget partners to collect requests and build budget recommendations for quarterly forecasting processes
• Work with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to produce a comprehensive financial plan for the business annual budget and rolling forecasts
• Provide financial reporting and analytical support to FP&A team
• Track performance against financial plan/forecast by developing financial models setting up processes and creating timetables
• Perform financial analysis modelling forecasting and reporting to identify trends benchmark and increase financial performance
• Track financial status by comparing actual results with forecasts
• Assist in developing ERP system for accurate reporting
• Maintain adaptive schedules for service reporting contracts and headcount
• Process raw data for project works
• Assist in ad-hoc strategic projects
