Day to day
- Maintain calculate and support on all commission and bonus calculations
- Engage with budget partners to collect requests and build budget recommendations for quarterly forecasting processes
- Work with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to produce a comprehensive financial plan for the business annual budget and rolling forecasts
- Provide financial reporting and analytical support to FP&A team
- Track performance against financial plan/forecast by developing financial models setting up processes and creating timetables
- Perform financial analysis modelling forecasting and reporting to identify trends benchmark and increase financial performance
- Track financial status by comparing actual results with forecasts
- Assist in developing ERP system for accurate reporting
- Maintain adaptive schedules for service reporting contracts and headcount
- Process raw data for project works
- Assist in ad-hoc strategic projects
