• 1+ years of experience in recruitment
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other recruitment tools
• Knowledge and understanding of industry best practices
• Understanding of the importance of positive candidate experience and the ability to prepare constructive empathetic feedback
• Adaptability to changes in the recruitment landscape
• Stellar English communication skills written and oral
• A positive goal-oriented and ethical approach
• Strong team-player skills combined with the ability to work independently as well
• Experience in the Fintech industry will be considered an advantage

What the job involves

• Attracting sourcing screening and interviewing candidates across IT and non-IT realms to close Noda's open positions quickly and efficiently
• Crafting compelling job descriptions and curating our recruitment databases
• Delivering insightful feedback to candidates and creating an overall great candidate experience
