Requirements
- 1-3 years in sales account management or B2B wholesale operations
- Hands-on experience with logistics and warehouse coordination including 3PLs stock and fulfilment
- Practical experience exporting goods internationally including customs documentation freight forwarders Incoterms commodity codes and cross-border duties
- Strong written English
- Confidence doing outbound outreach and follow-up
- Available for overlap with Central European Time business hours

Day to day
- Own and grow a portfolio of smaller wholesale accounts through prospecting outreach and closing orders
- Coordinate warehouse fulfilment so orders ship accurately and on time
- Manage international shipping export paperwork and customs processes while keeping goods moving across borders
- Maintain clean CRM data store-finder listings and consignment stock reporting
- Handle order confirmations stock updates shipping updates and day-to-day customer queries
