Day to day
- Provide technical support for APS systems by troubleshooting issues and guiding clients on system configuration and usage.
- Work closely with clients to understand their planning and scheduling needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems while maintaining documentation and monitoring system performance.
