What the job involves

• Review and analyze website specifications, technical requirements, and visual design briefs
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies and test plans
• Execute test cases (manual or automated), analyze results, and report bugs and errors to development teams
• Troubleshoot issues and conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
• Oversee weekly automated website maintenance procedures
• Create and refine QA process for both clients and the internal team
• Research and adapt to new technologies to stay up-to-date with technology standards
• Review, respond, and assign incoming help desk trouble tickets
