What the job involves

• Review and analyze website specifications, technical requirements, and visual design briefs
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies and test plans
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
• Report bugs and errors to development teams and help troubleshoot issues
• Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Create and refine QA process for both clients and the internal team
• Develop QA protocols on a per project basis that align to the project and launch needs
• Research and adapt to new technologies to stay up-to-date with technology standards
• Review, respond, and assign incoming help desk trouble tickets
• Oversee weekly automated website maintenance procedures
