Who you are

  • Minimum 4 years' senior-level knowledge management experience, prior experience as a practicing lawyer, expertise in developing and implementing knowledge management programs, and working across multiple locations.
  • Strategic, creative, and commercially minded, interest in new technologies, good judgement, and ability to prioritize strategic tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills, impartial advice delivery, and stakeholder engagement. Strong relationship building, networking, and team player, motivating lawyers and driving knowledge management processes. Effective organization, time management, project, and change management skills, attention to detail, and ability to operate under pressure.



What the job involves

  • Develop and implement knowledge management strategy to promote excellence and commerciality, increase efficiency, reduce risk, and identify market opportunities.
  • Create a culture valuing, sharing, and using knowledge, manage knowledge community, and coordinate stakeholders.
  • Assess and meet knowledge management needs, develop policies and systems, secure leadership support, drive improvement, and ensure skills development.
  • Monitor knowledge and legal trends, collaborate with Learning and Development, and align learning with knowledge management initiatives. Work on business development initiatives.
