  • Understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems, in particular Windows 8.1, 10, Server 2012r2
  • Experience of working with laptops and PCs

What the job involves

  • Build and maintenance of Windows laptops
  • Security patching of laptops within agreed SLAs
  • System administration tasks including daily checks, password changes, and user account management
  • Assisting Crypto engineers with building catapans and annual keyfill
  • Providing support in the absence of Tier 2 & Tier 3 crypto engineers
  • Investigating faults using system tools and assisting Secure Engineers on customer sites.
