Who you are

• Ability to review prepare and submit complex filings
• Strong communication skills to interact with departments of insurance and internal departments
• Research law and regulations and compile information for implementation of approved forms
• Broad process knowledge to suggest and influence change
• Partner with multiple internal business units to test and implement newly-approved policy forms
• Identify non-compliant processes and rectify issues with support and oversight

What the job involves

• Research health disability and life insurance laws and regulations to comply with Group and Individual insurance
• Provide product expertise to various business units utilizing insurance knowledge
• Prepare and submit policy related forms to insurance departments and respond to objections and questions
• Oversee implementation process of approved forms
