Requirements
- Licensed to practice Law in the UK or Europe
- 3+ years' corporate/ transactional law experience post qualification, inhouse or private practice
- Familiarity with asset managers, investment banks or financial services firms preferable
- Experienced in independently negotiating pre-M&A contracts
- Adapt to Avantia's tech suite (e.g. HighQ)
- Interest in AI and legal tech welcomed

Day to day
- Negotiate investment related NDAs/confidentiality agreements, engagement letters and other commercial contracts
- Responsible for each stage of lifecycle from reviewing, negotiating documents, to execution
- Act as direct day-to-day contact with client and nurture client relationships
