Who you are
- Strong background in dispute resolution
- Interest in private client law
- Experience in contentious trust and probate litigation before English Courts is desirable
- Experience in mediation, arbitration, or ADR is desirable
- Attention to detail
- Strong research skills
- Willingness to undertake or having completed ACTAPS Diploma or STEP CPD Contentious Estates course
- Ability to manage own workload
- Entrepreneurial mindset

What the job involves
- You will be part of a growing team focusing on private client disputes
- Handle a variety of English law and cross-border disputes for diverse clients
- Involved in mediation, negotiated resolutions, and other ADR forms
- Draft legal documentation and correspondence
- Maintain and develop English law knowledge base and litigation capability
- Support business development with an entrepreneurial mindset
