Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance Business and/or risk management
- 7+ years of compliance risk management or related experience in fintech crypto or payments
- At least 3 years of product compliance experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. and global payments and financial regulatory requirements
- Experience assessing compliance and operational risk in payment networks managed payments or regulated platforms
- Knowledge of virtual assets blockchain and regulated digital asset payment models
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product Engineering Legal Policy and Risk teams

Day to day
- Lead end-to-end risk assessments for payments and regulated digital asset flows
- Partner with Product Legal Policy Security Risk Treasury and Engineering to embed compliance across the product lifecycle
- Develop proactive control requirements and data-driven compliance processes to support launch readiness and ongoing monitoring
- Track regulatory and market developments and translate them into practical compliance approaches for liquidity and settlement activities
