Requirements
- 8+ years of experience
- Strong database concepts and SQL expertise
- Experience with Azure Data Factory Power BI ETL and Microsoft Fabric
- Strong Property & Casualty insurance domain knowledge
- Experience working with CXOs and senior stakeholders
- Ability to design data analytics platforms and architecture
- Experience with on-prem to cloud data migration
- Excellent communication interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to review requirements and estimate effort

Day to day
- Design and deliver scalable Azure data and analytics solutions for insurance clients using Azure Data Factory and Power BI.
- Lead architectural discussions and shape data strategies that support transformational initiatives and business intelligence roadmaps.
- Work closely with CXOs and stakeholders to understand business needs document data designs and guide complex data migration efforts.
