- Advanced LookML development or equivalent experience in Power BI or Tableau
- Ability to connect data to business levers such as campaign performance conversion rates or revenue per session

Day to day
- Own the reporting infrastructure that supports decision-making across multiple business verticals.
- Partner closely with Yield Paid Media and Account Management teams to uncover trends conduct retrospective analyses and explain performance drivers.
- Standardize dashboards improve reporting adoption and turn raw complex data into trusted insights that guide action.
