- Minimum 7 years in business intelligence or analytics with exposure to performance or affiliate marketing
- Expert SQL and comfort with unstructured complex data
- Experience owning reporting end to end from pipeline to dashboard
- Advanced LookML development or equivalent in Power BI or Tableau
- Ability to connect data work to business performance levers and decisions

Day to day
- Own the reporting infrastructure that powers decision-making across multiple business verticals.
- Partner closely with Yield Paid Media and Account Management teams to uncover meaningful trends and conduct retrospective analyses.
- Standardize dashboards and reporting while improving data literacy and connecting insights to business actions.
