Remote Lead Brand Designer Job in United States Gemini

• Lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end
• Execute and produce a mix of graphic content
• Identify and facilitate cross-functional collaboration with marketing, engineers, and product managers
• Present complex topics to stakeholders and leadership
• Formulate, communicate and transform a complex system into a simplistic message
• Introduce new directions and design patterns
• Oversee the execution of assets, typography, logos, icons and interfaces for multiple platforms
• Lead efforts to develop ad campaigns and design styles for product launches and updates
• Develop new patterns and iterate on existing designs for the marketing website
• Mentor other designers
• 7+ years of experience in a similar role and or formal design training
• Experience with brand design touchpoints: Digital and physical advertising, event design, social design, email and more
• Experience designing for the web and mobile
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe CC, Google Suite
• Can take an undefined design problem and solve from strategy to execution
• Clear understanding of visual hierarchy, balance, rhythm, typography and color
• Creative mindset and ability to adapt to change
• Able to accomplish work quickly and thoughtfully
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and tasks at once
• Collaborative work ethic and easy going nature
