Who you are

• Have a regulatory background in Financial Services and knowledge of Life Assurance & Pensions business
• Experience as a Lead/Senior Business Analyst or Functional Architect
• Worked in Agile environment
• Design end-to-end solutions and act as a design authority
• Experience in process re-engineering and implementing functional change
• Involved in multiple system implementation or enhancement projects
• Strong communication skills to articulate requirements clearly
• Willingness and flexibility to travel, including client site meetings

• CII qualification
• ISEB qualification

What the job involves

• Act as the key contact on all functional decisions and scope for projects
• Demonstrate the value of SDLC methodology to clients
• Facilitate winning new business by working with the Sales Support team
• Assist in defining project scope and change requests
• Support planning of Requirements Specifications and Design phase
• Manage project scope deviations through change control process
