Who you are

• Experience in an international reward-focused role in a multinational company
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field/MBA
• Experience in the design and administration of benefit plans in BENELUX and Nordics
• Previous experience with cloud based HCM/SuccessFactors
• Experience with benefit/Flex platforms
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

What the job involves

• You will work on strategy, analysis, design, and project management of regional reward initiatives in Nordics and Benelux with a focus on retirement and insured benefits.
• You will collaborate closely with the EMEA Reward leader and other internal stakeholders for the progress of compensation projects in the UK and Ireland.
• You will also lead the harmonization of legacy terms and conditions and benefits across the territory, design medical plans, and negotiate implementations.
