Previous experience with cloud based HCM/SuccessFactors

What the job involves
You will work on strategy, analysis, design, and project management of regional reward initiatives in Nordics and Benelux with a focus on retirement and insured benefits.
You will collaborate closely with the EMEA Reward leader and other internal stakeholders for the progress of compensation projects in the UK and Ireland.
You will also lead the harmonization of legacy terms and conditions and benefits across the territory, design medical plans, and negotiate implementations.
