Requirements

  • Experience or desire to manage a team
  • 3-5+ years experience at a marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment
  • Remote work experience is highly preferred
  • Exceptional copywriting, communication, and attention to detail-skill sets to communicate effectively
  • Understanding of conversion-based, direct response copywriting, proofing, and storytelling for short-form paid social
  • SUPER communicator. Overcommunication is a core value of ours!
  • Able to take constructive feedback & delegate effectively
  • Highly detail-oriented & naturally triple-checks everything
  • Enthusiastic, kind, sociable, articulate & confident
  • High emotional intelligence and able to listen to, support & encourage others
  • Relentless attention to detail, across every aspect of crafting and executing ideas
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have

  • Experience designing video ads for direct response campaigns
  • Experience in social media analysis
  • Experience implementing a test-and-learn approach to creative design

Day to day

  • Lead the Creative Strategy Team that sets the tone and vision for each client's set of ads
  • Manage a team that is equally 50% creative strategy and 50% copywriting
  • Cultivate creativity with performance in mind while overseeing their work and end deliverables
