Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 8 years of data analytics experience
• Experience in statistics modeling business analysis and technology for transforming data into solutions
• Experience working within the healthcare industry with an emphasis on insurance
• Experience in developing, maintaining, and collecting structured and unstructured data sets
• Experience in creating reports projections and presentations
• Ability to exercise independent judgment on complex issues
• Knowledge or experience with customer-centric technologies (i.e. Genesys, Salesforce)
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Passionate about improving consumer experiences

Desirables

• Master’s Degree
• SAFe Agile certification
• Experience in large Enterprise environments
• Familiarity with data visualization solutions
• Exposure to cloud data platforms

What the job involves

• The Lead Data Architect works in all data environments which includes data design, database architecture, metadata and repository creation
• The Lead Data Architect works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial
• Develops functional strategies for significant matters
• Supports projects or change initiatives by providing insights and required ad hoc analytics
• Acts as the primary owner for solutions across EOE driving and influencing
• Evaluates the reusability of data for analyses
• Advises executives on strategy development
