Requirements

  • 15+ years of work experience in travel and/or SaaS
  • Bachelor's degree required with Master's preferred or equivalent experience
  • Engineering background preferred
  • Fluency in SQL Python GCP and data science with hands-on coding ability
  • Understanding of LLM-based systems prompt design and AI model evaluation frameworks
  • Familiarity with automation frameworks and observability tools such as Amplitude Datadog and Looker
  • Strong data reconciliation skills across large multi-source datasets
  • Clear communication with senior leadership and external partners
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ground-zero building

Day to day

  • Provide actionable insights to support finance and business decisions using advanced analytics and reporting.
  • Own the data warehouse strategy governance and execution for the finance ledger while improving data quality and reliability.
  • Build and lead a reporting Center of Excellence and drive Finance AI automation roadmap with FP&A accounting and data teams.
  • Establish data pipelines AI model foundations and self-service analytics while managing infrastructure costs internal controls and audit support.
