• Senior Developer experience with high-performance web systems and client-facing projects
• Strong expertise in WordPress core, Gutenberg blocks, Backbone JavaScript Client, REST API, headless solution, and theme/plugin development
• Proficient in server/client-side JavaScript frameworks like Vue and React, and tools like Webpack, Parcel
• Experience in establishing coding standards, integrating automated testing, and using CI/CD pipelines for rapid delivery
• Ability to optimize for Core Web Vitals
• Strong front-end skills in CSS 3/HTML 5, with a full-stack skill set or readiness to engage with both back-end and front-end technologies
• Exceptional teamwork skills and ability to lead architectural discussions, share insights, and collaborate towards solutions
