Who you are

• Proven experience as a Game Designer, preferably within MMO, space, or sci-fi games
• Strong understanding of game mechanics, player progression, and narrative development
• Excellent storytelling skills and ability to create immersive game worlds
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to pitch creative ideas effectively
• Fluent in English
• Experience with blockchain technology and Web 3 is a plus

What the job involves

• Lead creative elements of Botwars - Ascendance, including storylines and characters
• Develop and refine game rules, goals, and challenges
• Collaborate with programming team to implement design concepts
• Pitch game concepts and design ideas to management and stakeholders
• Continuously iterate on game design based on player feedback and testing
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovative design techniques
