Who you are
Bachelor's Degree required
8+ years of Marketing experience with at least 5+ years of relevant work experience leading SEO SEM or other growth marketing initiatives
Healthcare industry experience preferred
Proven success in managing marketing programs and meeting KPIs
Experience in performance/funnel analysis
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data identify actionable insights and propose data-driven recommendations
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills: ability to identify solutions that may work for a given problem and articulate benefits/drawbacks that may arise from implementing each solution and elements of the problem that will not be addressed by proposed solutions
Outstanding communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems required
Familiarity with Google Analytics required (GA certification is a plus)
Familiarity with Marketo or similar marketing automation platform a plus
