Who you are

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 8+ years of Marketing experience with at least 5+ years of relevant work experience leading SEO SEM or other growth marketing initiatives
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Proven success in managing marketing programs and meeting KPIs
  • Experience in performance/funnel analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data identify actionable insights and propose data-driven recommendations
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills: ability to identify solutions that may work for a given problem and articulate benefits/drawbacks that may arise from implementing each solution and elements of the problem that will not be addressed by proposed solutions
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems required
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics required (GA certification is a plus)
  • Familiarity with Marketo or similar marketing automation platform a plus
