Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer building core product capabilities in cross-functional teams
  • 3+ years of experience as a Growth Product Designer working in collaboration with Marketing on new customer acquisition
  • Experience working in multi-market product-led companies
  • A proven track record of making a big impact through data-driven experimentation and trialling big bets
  • Experience of collaborating on a bold long-term product-led growth vision and of leading a team in executing on this vision
  • Strong product design sense: you’re confident guiding your team even when faced with ambiguity or change
  • The proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and foster collaboration
  • A results-driven mentality - you set ambitious impact-focused goals for your team and are not satisfied unless you achieve them
  • A keen ability to balance user needs with business priorities. You love spending time with and advocating for customers, and always look for opportunities to meet their needs alongside growing the business.
  • A humble and growth-oriented mindset with a desire to continuously learn
  • Happy and impactful in a remote role - though there will be opportunities to meet and work with the team in person.

Day to day

  • Be our first dedicated Growth Product Designer hire and establish the right growth team approach for Unobravo
  • Help drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a critical part of UnoBravo, balancing customer needs and business value
  • Lead your squad in delivering growth initiatives that bring incremental new customers whilst improving the overall customer conversion experience
  • Own part of the Growth KPIs, responsible for understanding how to impact them through experimentation
  • Work closely with and influence senior stakeholders, always advocating for velocity and impact
  • Regularly interact with our customers and develop a deep empathy for them
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies and our competitors
  • Mentor and inspire other Product Designers at UnoBravo
