You Are

UST is looking for a .Net Full Stack Developer to design and build applications for one of the leading health insurers in US. The ideal candidate must possess in depth experience in .Net and C#. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the team.

The Opportunity

 Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable and reliant .Net applications Design and implement solutions into existing environments and design business workflows to ensure proper application mapping/flow Create conceptual and detailed technical design documents Provide accurate and timely estimates (work breakdown schedules) Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of applications Document and execute unit and integration tests Define and implement standards and best practices for software development Participate in code review sessions as a coordinator, owner, reader, recorder or observer Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Quality Assurance Analysts, Software Developers, and Release Analysts in a DevOps model to extend the capabilities of the applications

What You Need

 7+ years’ experience in .Net full stack development using Oracle and Sql Server Upgrading, configuring and debugging existing systems Providing technical support for .Net applications Should be an expert in creating and implementing C# solutions based on user stories Excellent SQL Skills to integrate with backend Good team player with excellent communication skills and proactive behavior Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment would be a plus

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote

Compensation Range:  $95,000-$143,750

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
