Requirements

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365 Azure and Active Directory
  • Strong knowledge of cyber security principles threats and mitigation strategies
  • Significant experience designing implementing and supporting enterprise infrastructure environments
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills across cloud and on premise technologies
  • Experience delivering infrastructure projects and embedding new technologies into business as usual operations
  • Ability to manage risk prioritise competing demands and work across multiple projects
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Proactive approach to continuous improvement and willingness to learn new technologies
  • Relevant IT qualification or equivalent experience
  • Project management experience or qualifications an advantage

Day to day

  • Lead the design development and continual improvement of secure resilient IT infrastructure across cloud and on premise environments
  • Provide technical leadership for complex infrastructure projects and act as the senior escalation point for third line issues
  • Manage Microsoft cloud services drive cyber security improvements and introduce modern technologies that enhance service reliability and user experience
