Requirements
- Seven or more years of enterprise infrastructure administration experience
- Experience managing Microsoft Azure Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
- Strong Active Directory knowledge including Users Groups Group Policy DNS and RBAC
- PowerShell automation expertise for scalable scripting and maintenance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field
- Experience designing process improvements and automation
- Familiarity with cloud architectures networking and call center telephone systems

Day to day
- Lead administration of Microsoft Azure Microsoft 365 and Entra ID while strengthening security and identity controls
- Support on-premises and cloud infrastructure across compute storage networking and endpoint technologies with a focus on stability and efficiency
- Mentor infrastructure team members automate repetitive tasks and resolve issues quickly to improve service quality
