Requirements
- Possess 5-8 years of post-qualification experience with a focus on fund structuring
- Demonstrate strong legal and regulatory knowledge within the UK and EU financial environments
- Exhibit excellent communication skills capable of translating complex legal terms into plain English
- Have the ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic startup environment.

Day to day
- Oversee and lead the structuring and establishment of SPVs & funds across various jurisdictions
- Ensure optimal legal structures tax efficiency and regulatory compliance
- Lead collaboration with product and technology teams to integrate legal insights into new product releases
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and AML requirements across all operating areas.
