• Significant experience in level design on AAA titles
• Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a level design team
• Strong knowledge of game mechanics, layout, and user engagement strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with Unreal Engine 4/5 is beneficial

• Work alongside the Assistant Design Director to communicate and uphold the game vision.

• Collaborate with various disciplines to incorporate broad perspectives into the game design.
• Drive the establishment and optimization of level design best practices and workflows.
