Who you are

• Track record of leading technical work of a team in ML model development and deployment with demonstrable impact
• Experience in developing and shipping deep learning, graph-based, and/or sequence-based ML architectures to production
• Extensive experience in writing production Python code and strong command of SQL
• Interested in mentoring other ML practitioners
• Self-starter mindset
• Thrives on working on ambiguous problems and providing clarity
• Keen to learn Go lang used in backend microservices

Desirables

• Experience with operations, financial crime, and in regulated institutions
• Commercial experience writing critical production code and working with microservices

What the job involves

• Solve customer problems by leveraging advanced machine learning techniques to enhance customer service
• Develop and deploy machine learning models that predict, identify, disambiguate and route customer issues
• Work alongside product squads including data scientists, engineers, product managers and designers
