Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience or Graduate Degree and minimum 7 years of prior related experience or in lieu of a degree minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
- 9+ years of experience in mechanical design and analysis for complex products
- 9+ years of experience interpreting customer technical requirements and translating them into implementable design artifacts
- 9+ years of experience with material component and process selection decisions

Day to day
- Deliver mission-focused mechanical engineering solutions from concept through deployment and sustainment
- Translate customer and program requirements into executable mechanical and electro-mechanical designs
- Lead analysis trade studies prototyping testing documentation and transition to production while balancing performance cost schedule reliability and manufacturability
