Requirements
- 6+ years of consumer product design experience
- Knowledge of injection molding sheet metal forming and sensor electronics integration
- Experience shipping high-volume consumer products with manufacturing support in Asia
- Highly proficient with 3D modeling such as Solidworks NX or Creo
- Experience with DFM DFA tolerance analysis functional dimensioning and GD&T
- Solid understanding of root cause analysis DOEs and quality measuring techniques
- BSME or equivalent
- Willingness and ability to travel to China as needed

Day to day
- Own and architect complex electromechanical systems with plastic metal and soft goods components
- Lead mechanical and product design from concept through CAD prototyping testing and production ramp
