Role


Who you are

  • 8+ years of native mobile application development experience
  • 5+ years experience specifically with Microsoft Xamarin, Xamarin.Forms, or MAUI frameworks for mobile application development
  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-person mobile development initiatives (mobile field services applications is a plus)
  • Experienced working with Azure cloud services
  • Strong C#/.NET development experience
  • Experience with best-practice API design
  • Experience with MVVM frameworks, particularly ReactiveUI
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks, including NUnit/XUnit
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to translate intricate business objectives and processes into technical solutions
  • Strong problem solving and research skills
  • A love of the Microsoft .NET stack and working with Distributed Systems
  • Solid knowledge of Agile development methodologies



What the job involves

  • Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of new features and capabilities in our Android and iOS native mobile applications
  • Define standards and best practices for our mobile application team
  • Keep us ahead of our competition with new innovations for in-the-field use of our platform
  • Work hand-in-hand with our marketing, product, backend engineering, and QA teams to deliver a great mobile experience to our customers and their employees
  • Manage our mobile application releases and keep us compliant with changes in app store requirements
