Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience with FIX protocol broker onboarding and trading system integrations
  • Proven ability to manage FIX certification and EMS/OMS integrations from start to finish
  • Experience with multiple asset classes including equities options and fixed income
  • Experience working with regional trading partners across global markets
  • Deep knowledge of FIX 4.2 and 4.4 message formatting and electronic trading workflows
  • Strong project management skills with many concurrent workstreams
  • Familiarity with trading platforms and EMS/OMS ecosystems
  • Skilled in UAT and production testing tools for FIX environments
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences
  • Highly analytical detail-oriented and effective at cross-functional coordination
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer-facing evolving environment
  • Willingness to support testing outside standard US business hours

Day to day

  • Lead broker onboarding end-to-end from certification through FIX go-live readiness for enterprise trading clients
  • Manage multiple concurrent FIX connectivity workstreams and coordinate priorities across stakeholders, partners, and internal teams
  • Own FIX message configuration, troubleshoot production issues, and document scalable workflows, playbooks, and integration specs
