Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with FIX protocol broker onboarding and trading system integrations
- Proven ability to manage FIX certification and EMS/OMS integrations from start to finish
- Experience with multiple asset classes including equities options and fixed income
- Experience working with regional trading partners across global markets
- Deep knowledge of FIX 4.2 and 4.4 message formatting and electronic trading workflows
- Strong project management skills with many concurrent workstreams
- Familiarity with trading platforms and EMS/OMS ecosystems
- Skilled in UAT and production testing tools for FIX environments
- Excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences
- Highly analytical detail-oriented and effective at cross-functional coordination
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer-facing evolving environment
- Willingness to support testing outside standard US business hours

Day to day
- Lead broker onboarding end-to-end from certification through FIX go-live readiness for enterprise trading clients
- Manage multiple concurrent FIX connectivity workstreams and coordinate priorities across stakeholders, partners, and internal teams
- Own FIX message configuration, troubleshoot production issues, and document scalable workflows, playbooks, and integration specs
