Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering Power Systems Engineering or related technical discipline
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in design and delivery of utility connections or similar complex technical projects across EMEA
- Strong understanding of high-voltage and medium-voltage systems substations switchgear UPS generators and cooling systems
- Proven experience working with utilities on grid interconnection permitting and capacity planning
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex multi-site projects from concept through commissioning
- Familiarity with design standards and best practices such as Uptime Institute IEC ISO EN or local codes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Fluency in English is required
- Proficiency in German French Italian and or Spanish is highly desirable

Day to day
- Lead the design and technical delivery of utility connections and power infrastructure for hyperscale data centre projects across EMEA.
- Coordinate with utilities grid operators consultants contractors and internal stakeholders to secure capacity manage interconnections and ensure aligned delivery.
- Oversee HV and MV systems substations switchgear UPS generators SCADA BMS and commissioning from concept through turnover to operations.
- Develop regional standards specifications and commissioning protocols while evaluating value engineering options and supporting budgets schedules and performance targets.
