- Advanced knowledge of NetIQ IAM products including Identity Manager Access Manager and more
- Calm analytical and strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage critical situations

- Understanding of databases (PostgreSQL Oracle MS SQL) web technologies (HTTP/SSL/web servers) and scripting (Python Java Shell).
