Who you are

  • Advanced knowledge of NetIQ IAM products including Identity Manager Access Manager and more
  • Calm analytical and strong troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage critical situations
  • Desirable knowledge includes Windows and Linux administration; networking skills; and cloud experiences with AWS and Azure
  • Understanding of databases (PostgreSQL Oracle MS SQL) web technologies (HTTP/SSL/web servers) and scripting (Python Java Shell).

What the job involves

  • Act as a primary point of contact for NetIQ IAM technical support issues for premium customers

  • Build solid relationships with customer technical teams and coordinate with other OpenText experts
  • Offer proactive technical support to enhance system performance and minimize operational issues.
